Bring It!

So this morning I managed to get up and head back to the gym at 7am. I forgot how much I enjoy working out. The fast has made me feel a little weak as far as lifting goes, but I think I should be good in a few weeks.

Our church has started a Daniel Fast, and here is the info on it:
