4 PM
Tuna, chicken breast, protein shake great snack.
7 PM
Chicken, fish & brocolli for dinner.
10 PM
Milk (add protein if desired) does a body good. Have a glass before bed.

Check out Men's Health Belly Off Video Program online: here. My issue is always eating. I love food. One thing I do know is that 80% of results comes down to the food we intake. The fast has helped me discipline myself and I am looking forward to eating much cleaner and healthier.
